You can hide Tenants from an Acumatica Instance using the Web.config file.
Normally, this companyID variable is empty:
But you can populate it with Tenant data.
Let's say you have multiple Tenants in the database, but you only want the Instance to have access to these two Tenants:
Then just put this in the companyID field:
