We need help to set-up free shipping if the customer purchases an aggregate of at least $500 in specific item classes. Some item classes we do not offer free shipping. Can we configure our Acumatica 2020 R1 to achieve these terms?

I think you'd have to do this with a Shipping Term and I don't think Shipping Terms are aware of Item Classes. I think you'd need something custom for this.
