Anyone know if it's possible to set up Field Level Audit of the Notes field in Sales Orders?

I just did a quick check in my environment and nothing jumped out at me. I think the notes are actually stored in the PX.Data.Note Data Access Class (DAC) so maybe that DAC would need to be added to the Audit History functionality through a customization.
