Hi,
I need to come up with a sequencial number that will start with 1 on the header row, then increment for any number of detail lines, and finally increment for the trail record.
Is there a function that can provide that?

What's your data source? Normally it's Excel for me and I'd generate the incrementing number in Excel.

Hey Mario,
This may be 3 years too late, but did you ever solve this problem?
I'm currently working on a customized ACH export as well. I may have to get creative with sequential numbering for my export files.
