I've run into a situation where I would like to track two different contacts associated with a case. Each contact is of a different contact type. Is there a way to 1) duplicate the contact field in Cases and 2) set up each of these contact fields with a filter so that they only show a specific contact class that is a part of the appropriate business account? Thanks.

I'm not surprised that this needs a customization. I've gone in and looked at some of the code associated with the original Contact field and was curious as to 1) if I could just copy that code and put it with the new field and 2) what other settings I would need to change to make this function.
