I've run into a situation where I would like to track two different contacts associated with a case. Each contact is of a different contact type. Is there a way to 1) duplicate the contact field in Cases and 2) set up each of these contact fields with a filter so that they only show a specific contact class that is a part of the appropriate business account? Thanks.
