Some notes on under receiving / under shipping and over receiving / over shipping with Drop Shipments in Acumatica.
There are Undership Threshold (%) and Overship Threshold (%) fields on the Sales Order screen.
There are Min. Receipt (%) and Max. Receipt (%) fields on the Purchase Order screen.
On the Sales Order screen, the Undership Threshold (%) and Overship Threshold (%) fields are ignored for Drop Shipments because you can create a Purchase Order for less than what the Undership Threshold (%) should allow.
On the Purchase Order screen, the Min. Receipt (%) and Max. Receipt (%) fields do restrict the quantity that you can receive. The quantity received is the quantity that can be invoiced to the customer.
So, if you want to set the tolerance of what can be under or over received, you can do this with the Min. Receipt (%) and Max. Receipt (%) fields on the Purchase Order screen.
