Hello,
Just been trying out the Device Hub application. I went to connect a printer through it.
However, it comes up with an error. Note the items below are in ascending time order, and the top one is the error message that I get.

Does anyone know why that error occurs?
It would be good to see a screenshot of the connectiond details in configuration screen. From my experience check below:
1.API user license allocated to user
2.User license
3.Tenant(company) provided
4.Printer configured under printers with the same name
From the error it looks like printer is not configired in MYOB Advanced
Thanks @Anita75, thats helped me fix the issue! Turns out it was point 2.
Putting this here to prevent someone else from wasting a day looking for a resolution to this:
This can also occur if you only have one Tenant in the system, and put any value in the Tenant field instead of leaving it blank per setup instructions.
