By default, Acumatica allows you to be idle for 60 minutes (1 hour) before you get logged out.
If you need to increase the time out, you can make some changes to your web.config file.
Let's say you want to change it from 60 minutes (1 hour) to 120 minutes (2 hours), you can make the following changes in the web.config file:

<formsAuth loginUrl="Frames/Login.aspx" timeout="120" />

Can the log out time vary by user?
@mike-b Not that I know of unfortunately. The web.config file is shared by all users.
