What exactly constitutes a duplicate Contact record in Acumatica CRM?
I have a situation where there are two Contact Records with the same Contact ID, First Name, Last Name and E-mail address, but different associated Business Account and phone number.
One contact record has address details, the other has none.
To me, this looks like it should be creating a duplicate warning at least.
What would cause these two records to be seen as unique, not duplicates?
I thought the Contact ID and e-mail address would be sufficient to trigger duplicate processing.
