Credit card fails to get added when a particular user is logged into chrome
We have a user who experiences the problem below when he is logged into chrome, but not when he logs out of chrome. Anyone else seen this or know a fix?
I go to enter a new credit card as form of payment for a SO. After going into Payments Setting Tab selecting which type of card, checking the new card, create new. At that point it brings up the screen to enter the CC information which I do. I then click save and the screen I entered the info into says information saved and goes to a white screen. However, it never gets added to Acumatica but apparently, it does enter the info in authorize.net. Nothing gets updated on the payment settings tab. The interesting thing is that when I am not logged into chrome, there is no message about the information saving. That popup window just goes away and the credit card details show on the payment settings tab.
Sounds like a bug to me.
Do you have anything listed in the Chrome Payment Methods settings?
Maybe Chrome auto-fill is messing up the Acumatica form somehow.
