I'm implementing the Salesforce Sync connector.
Currently Accounts from Salesforce initially sync as Prospects (loaded via the Business Accounts screen). I would like these accounts to be automatically converted to Customers.
The attached image shows a generic enquiry I've started that is linked to a business event that is triggered by any new prospect that is created.
Any suggestions as to how this scenario might be adjusted to achieve the desired outcome or a possible alternative solutions to business events.

Checkout this customization that Dhiren did to support both ACTIONS -> Convert To Customer and ACTIONS -> Convert To Vendor on the Business Accounts (CR303000) screen in Acumatica:

I haven't tried it personally, but I trust Dhiren. He really knows what he's doing.
