Can i concatenate the transaction descriptions for an AP bill? For example, i am importing an AP bill that has 3 lines at detail level. I want to concatenate the transaction descriptions and display it on the header document description. I tried concat([Sting]) function in import scenario but it did not give me outcome.

If you could do the work in Excel before you import it, you could use the CONCATENATEX technique in the article mentioned in this Discussion Topic:
