Has anyone had trouble with scheduling business events (or been successful)?  Everything is setup and active, but when the time comes to execute, nothing happens.  The Automation Schedule itself doesn't run.

If this picture is "viewable", it shows the "Next Execution Date" has passed and the "Last Execution Date" is empty....

I've seen similar issues with MYOB Advanced (Acumatica for Australia). These have been logged and resolved with requests for assistance by Acumatica.

In some other cases the process of simply deleting and recreating an identical schedule has been successful in having the process run to schedule

Russ,

It looks like you are showing your automation schedule screen.  For the New Customer event I would recommend setting the business event type to 'trigger by record change' and use the Customers screen (AR3030PL).  In my screenshot I have a simple email sent to accounting when someone creates a new customer location.  Since this is a trigger it doesn't show in the automation schedule.

As for your other business event I would need to know what you are trying to do and maybe I could help.

I was under the same impression as Kurt, that Business Events don't require a schedule to get triggered. They are more real-time than a schedule.
