Can you set a budget based on percentages? Such as Maintenance is 6% of sales? Or how can you set a sales target?

I've never done it but i am pretty sure you can do what you are looking for - refer step 12 of this:

Not exactly sure how you would map "Sales" to "Maintenance" however.

Note that Velixo Reports and Solver BI360 provide more advanced budgeting capabilities if you find that Acumatica is too limited.
