Hello!

Would like to ask if you have any knowledge if it is possible to integrate Quickbooks to Acumatica (vice-versa)?
If so, any idea what APIs have been used already to execute this?

What are the limitations and challenges?

Would appreciate any inputs and recommendation on this.

Thank you.

Hi!

Thank you for this input. I am hoping our Acumatica Team can work on this.

I'm curious about the use case for this. Are the Acumatica Financial Modules too clunky for the users? Is that why they want to continue using Quickbooks? Seems to me like graduating to the Acumatica Financial Modules and replacing Quickbooks would be a big reason for implementing Acumatica.

@timrodman Hello! We have 2 affiliated companies that are not yet ready to migrate to Acumatica. Factors being considered are the users and financial capacity as well. Both are using Quickbooks until now.

We would be interested as well, currently our leadership is reluctant to implement payroll directly in Acumatica. We do payroll in Quickbooks but are looking for better methods to track time per Construction project for our employees. We have an inhouse developer, but might wait on api until the acumatica payroll module is more mature.

@davidhunter Ah, Quickbooks Payroll, that scenario makes sense to me.
