Has anyone had any luck adding a popup note to all Customer Accounts. I do not see the option to check off "Add Pop-Up Note" in the Mass Update tab of the Generic Inquiry.

Even if you could, I think you'd have to set the note for all customers to the same value. What about running an Import Scenario to import the notes from Excel?
