We just want to try the integration Acumatica with Outlook via Outlook Plug-In, I manage to download the xml file OutlookAddinManifest.xml.
When I try to install the add-in I got an error "OutlookAddinManifest.xml is not a valid Office Add-in"
Any idea to get the valid one?

Do you know if you are using Office 365 for your email or maybe is it your own hosted Exchange?
@timrodman Hi Tim, I am trying to set up our plug-in and am having the same issue and we are using a hosted exchange server. How do I go about installing it without Office 365?

Thank you for your reply.
We're under impression that Outlook Plug-In will work with non-exchange email as it's separate with Exchange Integration.
After migration one of the IMAP mailbox to exchange/office365 and tested the Outlook Plug-in is working fine.

@samantha-carcache I don't have a ton of experience with it, but I personally have had trouble getting it to work with hosted Exchange and didn't have the patience to work through it. Are you able to open a support case directly with Acumatica? I'm pretty optimistic that you can get it working, just might be missing some configuration setting on the Exchange side. Maybe @idrus-m has some tips.
