We have our Acumatica set up to email basic stuff like password resets etc. through the default admin account. We have other accounts like ITSupport, and Dropship that are also configured in the system. The problem started about four months ago and our VAR seems to think it is in O365.
This is definitely a setting in Acumatica however since one user seems to be unaffected by this.
Has anyone else experienced this? How do i fix it? The error code is at the bottom 🙂

I dug in a little deeper and found that Acumatica used "delegated access" to access an email, unless it has credentials for the mailbox. There are known issues with DA since Microsoft changed the rules on it in 2019.
However, Acumatica DOES have the credentials for all the other email addresses and yet, it is still trying to "Send As".
The ones that fail are always "Dropship"<AAdmin@Yourdomain> the ones that send successfully are "Dropship" <Dropship@Yourdomain>
Is there a setting I am missing? (not sure since it started giving us issues without any changes....... that i am aware of)
My apologies Tim. I didn't realize I had a reply. We had to escalate this to Acumatica. It turned out to be a known issue with that update and how it challenged a customization. It was all configured properly, just a glitch.
