Acumatica is a possible development of custom Javascript in Javascript.
build everything in a single js file and it works perfectly
sharing an example of custom widget development, to explore the possibilities of various UI and functionalities.
Here is an example of widget development but not suitable for production.
it displays a Gantt chart of project task StartDate and EndDate.

This is interesting. Makes me wonder if you have tried the D3 JavaScript Library. Power BI uses D3. I don't know a lot about D3 except that it's made for data visualization.
