I am trying to set up our plug-in and am having an issue when I try to install the add-in and I got an error "OutlookAddinManifest.xml is not a valid Office Add-in".
We are using a hosted exchange server and not 365. How do I go about installing it without Office 365?
Are you installing this through Outlook or through OWA (Outlook Web Access) in your browser? I've only been successful installing the Acumatica Outlook Add-In through OWA. Even if you're on hosted exchange, you likely have access to OWA.
@timrodman I was trying with Outlook desktop, but I do have access to OWA and have gone in there to see if I could install the plug in but didn't have luck.
Is the Outlook plug in a purchase add-on to Acumatica or is free?
Doug, it is an add-on with high value for the price point (imho) for those of us who live in our Outlook.
