Hello everyone, just need to clarify this before I start doing it in the LIVE environment...so we have 1 license for 10 tenants, does this mean though that the 10 tenants needs to be in the same database? or can I have one database for each of the 10 tenants and then activate it using the same license key code? Also is there a "Chat" feature on the Acumatica Customer Portal itself? been looking for it but can not seem to find it. Thanks in advance!
The License gets applied to the Instance and, as far as I know, the Instance can only be connected to one database. So, I'm pretty sure that all 10 Tenants need to be in the same database.
For Chat, do you mean on the Acumatica support site? Or do you mean the Customer Portal feature that you can implement in Acumatica? If the later, I'm not aware of one. The Customer Portal is pretty basic.
