Previously, queries were limited to 1 minute, but now the execution limit has been extended to 5 minutes.
In future versions, we'd like to make the execution limit a user-defined field in a preferences screen. If you think that would be a good idea, you can vote on that idea here:

If a query exceeds 5 minutes, you'll get the following message:
Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
