I don't like how the Book Qty. field is displayed on the Physical Count Sheet because I want my inventory staff to be forced to count the quantity without getting lazy and writing the Book Qty. into the Physical Qty. field.
Is this possible to do with Report Designer?

Yes, you can do this. Just open the Physical Count Sheet report in Report Designer.
Highlight the Book Qty. field and the field underneath it (this is the field where it gets the actual numbers). You can hold down Ctrl on your keyboard to select both fields like this:
Then set Visible to False like this:
Save your report to the server and run it again. The Book Qty. field should now be hidden like this:
