We are using 2017 R2. I have 3 reports scheduled to run on a monthly basis.
I have been having issues with these reports sending properly.
1st issue I had was when the month changes from the last day to the first day of the month it was changing the report parameters. It would keep the date for the last day of the month I wanted the report for, but would change to the first day of the current month. To rectify this, I went into the report in Report designer and set the date parameters in there to @monthstart-1 and @monthend-1. Theoretically,

If the report runs on March 1st, I should get the data from Feb 1st to Feb 28th. The reports sent but there was no data in them. The report showed it was listing the data from the correct time period(2/1 to 2/28). The hardest part of troubleshooting this is that I can only try different settings once a month since it's the month change that seems to screw up the reports. I can attach the report if you would like to take a look at it.
Anyone have any ideas what I need to change to get this to work properly? For march I am going to change the run date to 11:30 PM on the last day of the month and I bet it will work. If I set it to run April 1st, it won't work.

If the parameters are displaying correctly in the report, then it seems like you set them correctly. This smells like a buggy thing to me. You might want to try an Acumatica support case for this.
