I am usually quite careful when editing/replacing base reports in Acumatica. However, today I overrode the Pick List report before downloading the original. So two questions:
1. Is there a place where the original reports files live that I can download?
2. Does anyone have an unaltered version of SO644000 they could send me?
Luckily, we use a custom report for our day to day operations and this is not time sensitive. I am working on some automation and was trying to use this report as a base line.
What Acumatica version and build are you on?

No worries. I realized yesterday that our UAT snapshot is from a few months ago, so it was on there. Got it recovered and SAVED.
The original reports are stored in a folder on the web server. If you are hosted by Acumatica, then you don't have access to this folder, but, to give you an idea, here is the location on my local Acumatica instance:
C:\Acumatica ERP\Instances\Acumatica2021R2\ReportsDefault
Within the Acumatica application, you can force Acumatica to use one of the original reports by deleting everything from the REPORT VERSIONS tab on a report (see screenshot below). If there are no versions, then Acumatica will use the "hardcoded" version from the ReportsDefault folder in the screenshot above.
