Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to make my Pivot Table columns smaller because I have a lot of columns and I'm running out of space.

I don't really need the decimals to be displayed on my numbers.

Does anyone know if I can format my numbers to show whole dollars without the decimals?

Hi Piggy,

Yes, you can do this. Just highlight the field that you want to format and put #,### in the Format field. If you wanted to include the decimals, the format code would be #,###.00

Hey, that was easier than I thought it would be. Actually, I was worried that it couldn't be done. This is great, thanks!
