Do any of you have experience with adding and/or modifying GIs in portal instances? From what I gather from the documentation and StackOverflow, it sounds like I not only need to import a customization project but also call the GI via code?

I haven't looked at the documentation so I'm not sure if this is the "correct" way, but I just manually put the Screen ID of the Generic Inquiry (SM208000) screen in the URL and the screen came up, even though I was in the Portal. It's not on the menu that I can see, but it must be lurking behind-the-scenes:
Then I created a new Generic Inquiry and put it in the Orders Workspace which is an existing Workspace in the Portal:
And I'm now able to access the Generic Inquiry from the Orders Workspace in the Portal:
Note: I did this in Acumatica 2020 R2 (20.204.0032)
