Has anyone noticed a glitch that sometimes occurs in the Bank Reconciliation screen within Acumatica where an entry to the cash account was made but is not showing up in the Bank Rec? Most recently I noticed it happened when I had to create a new account and made any entry to transfer the balance to the new account. I made the old account inactive after it was all said and done. Later, when I went to the do the Bank Rec for the new account, there was no entry to transfer the balance. I've tried making the old account active again and still no luck with that transaction.
Any ideas?

I haven't noticed this before. Are both Cash Accounts in the same Branch?
Have you tried the Validate Account Balances on the Banking menu? That may resolve the issue.
