Hi All,
I would like to link the parameter with my Generic Inquiry. However, the parameter not filtering the data. Any step missing?

Don't forget to add the new parameter to your conditions tab of the inquiry.
Here's an example of one that will filter if a value is present or show all records if no parameter value is selected:
