See attached article from the Acumatica community that helps explain why the mass actions work sometimes and not others.  I have built Business Events to accomplish removing and putting on hold using these instructions.  Hope this helps someone!  Perhaps, Tim, you want to update the video to at least explain when they work/don't work, based on this article, for awareness?

Thank you so much for the explanation. I totally agree that Business Events with Trigger by Action are the way to go. Mass Actions is a legacy feature that isn't worth using anymore.
