Acumatica Generic Inquiries & Pivot Tables

When you add a Pivot Table to a Generic Inquiry using ... -> Save As Pivot, then give the Pivot Table a name and click OK
You might get an error or Acumatica kicks you out of the screen.
How to fix?
This worked for me. I didn't have have permissions on the Hidden -> Pivot Tables (SM208020) screen:
Once I added permissions to that screen, it started working.
