Questions Employee Time Cards

I am trying to map my way from the Employee Time Card details to the ARTran table but I am loosing the "link" at project transactions

The use case is as follows:

Employee creates a time card

Every line is tied to a project (or non-project code) and they mark some of their time billable and some non-billable

This creates project transactions obviously

The project transactions are billed - any transactions flagged as billable get added to the AR Invoice in the ARTran table.

Now sometimes the person doing the billing will override the $ or time for one of the lines that was originally marked as Billable for a variety of reasons

I am trying to create a GI to show all of the employee time, how much they marked as billable, and how much was actually billed

I can't get from the Timecard Details to the ARTran table.....
