I am trying to get the Qty Available between two warehouses.  Is there a way to do this in a GI.  I have Inventory Status and I see the two warehouse and the qty but I want to generate a result that will give the combined totals between the two.  Is this possible ?

You could use the GROUPING tab to group by Item and then Sum the quantities.

So I have two warehouses one location is IIT (in transit) the qty is in the Qty Not available, because one WH has a 0 in "qty not available" and the other WH has 800 I need get the QtyHardAvl + QtyNotAvl added together for both warehouses.

WH1= Qty Not Available  = 800

WH1= Qty Hard Available = 0

WH2 = Qty Not Available = 0

WH2 = Qty Hard Available = 195

Sum = 995

I did group the Inventory Item and the Sum quantities together but the "QtyHardAvl + QtyNotAvl " still doesn't add up between the two WH - that is the calculation I am looking to do .

 Thanks,

MS-InventoryStatus Test.xml
Inventory Status Original.xml

The "Inventory Status Original" is what they started with - it is linking the site id.  The "MS-Inventory status test" is the one I reworked to remove the Site link to only see the Inventory Item one time but trying to get the totals for each location mentioned.

On your Inventory Status Original.xml Generic Inquiry, not sure which column you're focused on, but try adding SUM to the Aggregate Function column like this:

Without that, it's taking the MAX so you're only getting data from the largest values for a particular Item / Warehouse combination.
