Questions Adding Override Contact Info to GI Results

Hi Everyone!

I am creating a GI for a customer based of the appointments GI. Our customer is having to, in some cases, override the contact information at the appointment level and would like to see this information in the GI. For example, in appointment SRES 1633-1, the customer phone number has been overridden but every field I have tried adding to the GI has not returned a value (see photos).  

Any insight into how I can get the overridden contact information to populate in the GI?
