Questions Acumatica Generic Inquiry Navigation Sidebar Title

I am integrating Acumatica with a different program using the generic inquiry custom sidebar to display an Iframe with a passed parameter from the list. Everything works great except I don't have the "custom title" option and I'm unable to give my sidebar a title. I have a local copy of Acumatica and I do get the "custom title" option and my buddy has his own copy of Acumatica that gets the "custom title" option. I can't figure out the difference and my in-app documentation (in my Acumatica that does give me a custom title option) list every single button/control on the screen except the custom title at all which is weird. I just want to add a title to my sidebar but I'm totally stuck. Please can anyone help?
