If you'd like to allow Subaccounts to be entered on-the-fly in a journal entry, without any validation, even if they don't exist in the current list of Subaccounts, you can do the following on the Segmented Keys (CS202000) screen:
1. Check Allow Adding New Values On the Fly
2. Uncheck the checkboxes in the Validate column for each Subaccount Segment
