Last month I sent out an idea for how to have Acumatica round table discussions virtually.
The idea was to have people leave a voicemail and then I’d combine those voicemails into a podcast episode that everyone could listen to.
But, I said that I would only publish the podcast episode if I received at least five voicemails.
Well, I did receive 1 voicemail, but I fell 4 voicemails short of my goal of 5.
And, I think I get it. Look, leaving a voicemail is not anywhere close to being the same thing as interacting with others in real-time.
So, now it’s time for another idea, an idea that I’m calling Acumatica Round Table Discussions 2.0
And I’d like to do this by Edition, starting with the Acumatica Distribution Edition because that’s the most popular.
So, I have two different Acumatica customers who use the Acumatica Distribution Edition and who are willing to host virtual Acumatica Round Table discussions over a Zoom call, a Teams call, or something like that.
With this version 2.0 idea, there will be two rules:
- A maximum of five people. One host and four guests.
- No recording. It will be a private discussion.
Would anyone like to try out this idea?
I’ll leave it up to my two volunteers to suggest dates and times that work for them, but at this point I’m just looking to find interested participants.
