Would anyone out there be interested in a comprehensive Acumatica Report Designer Training Course?
I’m thinking about creating one…
The Content
The training course would be comprehensive, covering everything from beginner topics like “creating your first report” and “creating fields that use calculations” to advanced topics like “determining the proper DAC relationships” and “delivering embedded reporting with subreports and hyperlinks”.
The content would be aimed at taking someone who already knows a report writer like Crystal or SSRS, but they don’t want to spin their wheels for days trying to convert their existing knowledge into actionable steps that can be accomplished in Acumatica Report Designer.
The content would also be appropriate for someone with no report writer knowledge at all because it would begin with the foundational building blocks and progress towards the more advanced topics.
Training Videos
I would create 20+ hours of training videos broken down into digestible 10-15 minute segments. The videos would be high quality and delivered on a well-known Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
The videos would walk through, step by step, how to actually accomplish tasks in Acumatica Report Designer using realistic scenarios.
Here is a sample video that I have created previously. For the training course, I would invest in a high quality microphone and high quality video editing software. The LMS platform would also allow for a webcam to be pointed at me which would make communicating certain points a little easier. But at least this gives you an idea.
The Price
I would charge $320 for this course.
