This year, the Acumatica 2019 R2 Roadshow in Columbus, Ohio was at the Westin Great Southern hotel in downtown Columbus.
The outside of the building has a fairly historical look to it and the inside ballroom where the event was held is rather stately.

This was the same location as the roadshow from two years ago. Last year was at a hotel next to the state capitol, right in the middle of downtown.

This event seems to grow steadily every year, even though Columbus tends to be the smallest city on the roadshow circuit as I pointed out in the post last year comparing the metro populations of the various roadshow events.
Speaking of the roadshow circuit, here are some pictures of the other events that took place across the country:

I believe that there are two reasons why Columbus continues to enjoy a roadshow event.
First, the Acumatica support office is located here in Columbus. I was happy to hear Todd Kuhns mention in the notes below that they are now up to 17 people in the Columbus office and they are already expanding the office space.
Second, Columbus is ground zero for the Acumatica Manufacturing Edition since JAAS Systems is headquartered here so you always see a good amount of Manufacturing experience in the room.
Jon Roskill made an appearance at the event in Columbus this year which was pretty cool. I think the Acumatica support office and JAAS Systems had something to do with this. Maybe we’ll see Jon here again next year as well.
Jon Roskill wrote a nice post afterwards on the Acumatica blog about Acumatica 2019 R2, sharing his thoughts on how this release reflects Acumatica’s past, present, and future. Click here to read Jon’s blog post.

I took my notes on Twitter as usual, although I noticed that I sat in front of the blurry projector. The one on the other side of the room was much clearer, but I noticed that fact a little too late. Oh well.
I have collected all of my tweets together here:
