We want to put various bits of customer specific data on the Big Commerce website when a customer logs into the website. Do we get the data from Acumatica or Big Commerce?
Are any of you using Avalara w/BC+Acumatica?
No. We only use Acumatica and Big Commerce.
A couple other gotchas. Customers with duplicate email addresses and customers without email addresses or postal codes
We are having issues with product picklist items no getting taxed appropriately (i.e. custom engraving or other service items getting taxed when selected on product picklist)

Great question Chris Lalo. We’re having the same problem.
I have a similar question regarding Avalara. In BigCommerce have a base product X that is taxable and on X’s page, there is a product picklist for Y that is a non-taxable service (P1/2)

When we test with just Y, Avarala in BC and ACU is correctly treating the product as non-taxable. However, when Y is purchased with X (via picklist), AV/BC is treating the non-taxble product as taxed
