Questions Where to Change Vendor Default Ship-To Address

So from the Purchase Order form, you can select the Ship To option as the Branch, Customer, Vendor or Warehouse.

Since you have the Branch selected as the "Ship to" option, you can update the default shipping address on the Branches form (if you don't have branches, it would likely be on the companies form) under the Delivery settings tab.  If it's different than the mailing address, you can de-select the "Same as Main" option to enter a different address.

If you were to pick the warehouse option, you can update this address on the Warehouses profile, under the Address Information section

Hope this helps.  Or are you looking to have different default ship-to addresses for each vendor?

Thank you for that detailed explanation, that does help to know where that is.  In this case, I was looking to have a vendor default ship-to location to differ from the branch.  Is that possible without a customization or overriding on each PO?

You can set some defaults on the Purchase Settings of the Vendor profile, but it looks like you are limited to things that already exist in your system (like warehouses).  When I tested this, if I had a PO for the PRODWHOLE location and picked the vendor below with the RETAIL warehouse, the ship-to location was updated to that warehouse address.

The other interesting thing I noticed on the Shipping Instruction tab of the PO is that if you leave it as the Branch, there seems to be an option to pick different locations for that branch (same as how you can have multiple locations for your customers or vendors), but I haven't been able to find where you set those up in Acumatica (as there's no Locations tab on the Branch or Companies pages and it's not picking up the locations from the field services screens in the standard demo data).
