Questions Web Services Transaction Date

We were running a web service that went past midnight.  The Transaction Date, not a field passed in the web service, was not changed to the next day after midnight.  Since this is not a field passed via the Web Service not sure how to change it.

All the transactions had a date of 10/5 even thru a couple hundred were done on 10/6.  

If the webservice is supposed to mimic a user at the screen, then the transaction date should of been 10/6.  

Tried looking online and I could not find anything about this.
