Client is on 2021 R2 and will be using Shiphawk for packing and shipment confirmation. The need to generate batch pick lists in Acumatica. The workflow would be:
- Generate batch pick list in Acumatica
- Pick product on paper
- Accumulate product in packing area
- Sort and process packing of product in Shiphawk to confirm shipment in Acumatica
The issue I’m running into is once the shipment is created and a batch pick list is generated, the shipments on that list are essentially locked until scanning is done to confirm picking in Acumatica.
Thoughts? Am I missing something simple?

don't think you're missing anything, it also locks the SO with a status of "Shipping" and stops multiple shipments for the same SO being created which is a pain for one of our customers, haven't got a work around sorted yet apart from confirming each shipment in turn
