I've built a URL to open the Approvals screen, but the default tab is My Approvals and as we only use group approvals, I need the URL to open the "My Workgroup's Approvals" tab.
Possibly the easier way would be to modify the Filter and make it default, but it doesn't seem possible to do that. I would need to duplicate the filter with a new name and make that default, but then you have 2 filters that do the same thing but with different names.
I can answer this myself. You can modify the default property via System > Customisation > Manage > Filters
Good catch Royce. The UI is definitely a little funny here. You can manage User filters directly on the screen, but once you make them Shared filters, you have to go manage them on the Filters (CS209010) screen like you mention.
