Is it possible to setup a Time Card Assignment & Approval Map to cater for all the following scenarios.
[1] Time Card only contains Project related tasks.
[2] Time Card only contains Non Project tasks
[3] Time Card contains a mixture of Project and Non Project tasks.
"Require Time On Activity" is checked on the Time & Expenses Preferences screen and all Project related tasks have a a designated approver defined.
If it is possible, can you outline how this can be defined in the map?
Lastly, Is it possible to configure an Assignment & Approval map for Time Activities?

I'm not sure how you would do this unfortunately. I'm not that familiar with using Assignment and Approval Maps in the Time Card Approval Map field on the Time & Expenses Preferences (EP101000) screen.
But I have tried this on the Approval tab of the Accounts Payable Preferences (AP101000) screen. With AP Bills, if you try to look at AP Bill lines, it only looks at the first line since the approval is at the document level rather than at the line level. Based on that, my assumption is that the Time Card Approval Map will only look at the first Time Activity, not all Time Activities.
