We have a client that wants to be able to scan an invoice and have it automatically attach to the Bills and Adjustments window without having to save it into a folder and then attach.
Has anyone done this before? Is there a 3rd party product that can do this?

This is not exactly what you're looking for, but comes close:

The process for this is to scan to email, view email in Acumatica, then use that email to create an AP bill.
