Hi

I am using MYOB Advanced Build 2018.1.4.196 [18.113.0018.165], the Boards and maps show distances in miles not km's.

How can I change this to km's?

What distances you see when use google maps? Do you see also miles when use google maps? In case if yes, then may be in google maps settings, and Acumatica just reflects your user settings from google.

Cool. It means Acumatica reads it from some configuration screen. Can you tell me please, what is screenid where you see miles instead of kilometers.

Hi Juriy

Thanks for your reply

Here are the screen IDs:

(a) FS300900 Routes on Map

(b) FS301000 Staff Routes on Map

Could it be getting the miles from the field "Bing API key " on configuration screenID FS100100 Service Management Preferences?

I haven't used that feature before, but your Bing Map API Key idea makes sense to me. Did you have to create that API Key in Bing or did it come pre-populated in Acumatica?

I would try opening a support case with Acumatica then. Maybe they have another API key that will give you KM rather than you having to create your own API key. I wonder if Acumatica might be paying for the API key because I'm pretty sure that you get charged after a certain number of map renders. That would be better than you creating your own API key and having to pay for map renders.
