We are required to report tax by county in certain states but do not have a field for county in the customer address records.
Has anyone else encountered this or are there fields that just need to made visible in the UI?
I think you want to handle this by assigning the appropriate Tax Zone to the DELIVERY SETTINGS tab on the Customers (AR303000) screen. This same field is also available on the Customer Locations (AR303020) screen in case you have multiple Ship To Addresses for the Customer.
