Hi.
One of my users accidentally deleted a case they were working on. Is there a way to recover a deleted item?

If the system hasn't deleted the record for good during cleanup, then go to the DB table for Cases and update that specific record's "DeletedDatabaseRecord" column to 0 (false) then it should restore it.
After that, make sure the activities and rest are not deleted as well.
If you do not have access to the DB directly, one should put in a support case to do this.
The alternative is of course to use a previous snapshot and recreate the case.

He was able to find the activities associated and re-create the Case.
